Dr Makakane has been amazing through the whole hearing aid journey. From the first hearing test to fine-tuning the devices, he actually listened and explained everything without any rush. The fitting felt natural now and my Grandad can hear conversations very clear and loud. Grateful for his patience and expertise, he treats you like family, not just a patient. Highly recommend.
